Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a booking we receive your name, your cellphone number, the treatment and time you'd like, what you'd like to work on if you tell us, and any note you add. We also record which page and advert brought you to the site.

Why we collect it

Only to confirm and arrange your booking and to answer your questions. We contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about that booking.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to Health Haven. We don't sell or share your details. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram advert, we tell Meta that a booking request was made so we can measure our adverts. Meta receives an encrypted (hashed) copy of your phone number and first name only, never what you'd like treated or any note you wrote.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. WhatsApp us on 072 777 7611.
